After you receive this Alert, we will buy 120 shares of Palantir  (PLTR)  at or near $131.25. Following the trade, the Portfolio will own 1,385 PLTR shares, roughly 3.3% of its assets.

In Friday’s Weekly Roundup, we shared that we would keep close tabs on PLTR, with an eye toward taking advantage of a pronounced mispriced move in the shares. This morning, we are doing just that.

While some may think President Trump’s weekend comments are influencing our decision, we’re more inclined to follow the data, including the string of new program wins announced in recent weeks. Those point not only to accelerating AI adoption and widening usage, but also Palantir picking up additional U.S. government programs while doing the same for its commercial and international operations.

Those new programs, which include the company’s Maven AI system being named an official program of record by the Pentagon, layered on top of Palantir’s $10.8 billion in total contract value exiting 2025, bring ample visibility. That has Wall Street forecasting continued EPS growth to $2.60 in 2028, up from $0.75 in 2025.

Even if we haircut that EPS ramp, it is still near a 50% compound annual growth rate over the coming few years. Using that input, valuing PLTR shares from a P/E-to-growth perspective yields a PEG ratio just under 2x. That suggests PLTR shares are not quite as expensive as meets the eye when valued solely on a P/E basis.

As we make this move today with PLTR shares, we reiterate our One rating and reset our panic point to $114.

Meanwhile, will continue to keep a close watch on AXON shares, which have moved further into an oversold condition. With that in mind, the indicator we are closely tracking is the MACD (moving average convergence divergence), and the signal we are looking for is a change in the slope of that line.
