The "no revenue" wonder continues to do well.

The share price of Lithium Americas (LAC) is up 14.7% since I had last written on the stock on January 12. Earnings are not due until early March. As we know, there will be no sales. This is a future play on the mine at Thacker Pass and the U.S. Department of Energy's involvement. The move, while nice, does not impact my target price.
Target Price: $7.75 (reiteration)
Pivot: $5.60
Add: Down to 50-day SMA (currently $5.20)
Panic: Loss of 200-day SMA
Borr Drilling (BORR)
The shallow water driller (BORR) that came to us courtesy of Jim Grant, via Marcelo Lopez, also continues to do well.

Borr Drilling is now up 14.3% since I last wrote on the stock on December 29, 2025. Earnings are due on February 18. Readers may recall that I used the central trendline of my Andrews' pitchfork model as the pivot. That line has trended in a northerly direction without breaking out or breaking down. Hence, a target adjustment has become necessary.
Target Price: $5.50 (up from $5.00)
Pivot: Central trendline (currently $4.20)
Add: Down to 50-day SMA (currently $3.90)
Panic: Loss of lower trendline
At the time of publication, Guilfoyle was long LAC and BORR equity.
