Folks, apologies for the lag in getting to you but some travel SNAFUs are to blame. We'll hold our full comments on SuRo Capital’s  (SSSS)  Q4 2025 earnings release, which came a day earlier than expected, until after its earnings call after today’s market close. That said, we like the way management telegraphed the future range of its net asset value, sharing that recent portfolio company financings in the current quarter could add ~$5.00-$6.50 per share to its current net asset value. We suspect that refers in part to OpenAI’s recent financing, which put its post money valuation at $830 billion, but also Vast Data raising $1 billion, putting its valuation near $32 billion.

On the upcoming earnings call, we’ll be looking to see if there are any other such financings in the hopper and listening intently for what is said about the dividend.

Based on what we learn, we’ll revisit our current $12 price target as needed.
