A few folks shared that they have received the latest $0.25 per share quarterly dividend from associated with their SuRo Capital (SSSS)  shares.

With 17 trading days left to go in 2025, as we keep a watchful eye on CoreWeave (CRWV)  shares, a position SuRo has started to monetize, we will continue to watch for a year-end special dividend announcement from the company. Let’s also not overlook the other Portfolio holding that paid its latest quarterly dividend of $0.425 per share this week: TJX Companies (TJX) . As we tally those payments to the Portfolio, we’ll see a nice bump higher in its cash levels.

But there is more to come on the dividend front this month, with Labcorp’s (LH)  next quarterly dividend payment of $0.72 per share set for December 11.

The following week, we have dividend payments from Alphabet (GOOGL) , Qualcomm (QCOM)  and Waste Management (WM) . And, during the week of the Christmas holiday, Meta (META) , Nvidia (NVDA)  and Bank of America (BAC)  will do the same.

We’re already starting to learn of dividend payments in 2026, with Microsoft (MSFT)  sharing that it will pay its next quarterly dividend of $0.91 per share on March 12 to shareholders of record as of February 19.

There is also chatter in the market that we could see a special dividend from Costco (COST)  before we close out the year. Costco has paid special dividends before, with the latest $15 per share dividend in 2023 and a $10 per share dividend in 2020. Others were paid in 2017, 2015 and 2022.

On the one hand, that’s a pace that skews closer to three years, but Costco did increase its membership fees last year. In 2017, Costco increased its membership fees effective June 1 and paid a year-end special dividend. While we would not say a special dividend isn’t a foregone conclusion this year, it is in the realm of possibility. It would also be a nice catalyst for COST shares.
